设备简介：

1 .锁模压力20T,锁模压力时实显示在操作面板上。

2 .四段温度控制温，射蜡速度/参数设置匀为数字式

3.射蜡机上下板有"T"型槽

4.储蜡桶底部预留排污口

5.单工位可供双模操作，射咀上下用步进电机控制，左右/上下均可调

6.控制锁模板温度，模板温度显示在触摸屏上。显示参数及异常报告信息。

7.射蜡压力为三段压力，解决产品凹陷问题，配有三次高压射蜡功能。

8.a.左边双蜡桶储蜡量大为200L ( 分 高 温 区 ， 低 温 区 独 立 控 制 )

   b. 右边双蜡桶储蜡量大为200L ( 分 高 温 区 ， 低 温 区 独 立 控 制 )

 c.双蜡桶的高蜡桶为圆形蜡桶，设定温度70~75℃

 d.低蜡桶为方形，设定温度为65～67℃,主要作用是低温静置作用。

9.升模行程采用电子尺控制。

10.a.每个工位自带8组气动抽芯装置，可插φ8气管，

    b.触摸屏上可设定各抽芯的动作时间和动作顺序 .

    c. 抽芯设有2种模式，时间模式和近接开关模式。

11.射蜡机按钮放置在工作台板下，且为双手控制 .

12.射蜡机的油路为伺服控制 .

13.蜡桶配有超温脱扣开关保护，防止超温引发火灾。

14.上下模板通过循环冰水，设定冰水温度，用电磁阀控制实时显示模板温度。

15.设备具备独立的MES  接口及数据传输功能，并开放所有数据及相应的权限 . 预留端口

17.控制模具温度(10～30℃)可调，控制液压油温度(35～40℃)可调。

3.The upper and lower plates of the wax injection machine feature"T"slots.

4.The bottom of the wax storage barrel has a reserved drainage outlet.

5.The single station allows for dual mold operation;the injection nozzle is contrlled by steper motors and is adjustable both horizontally and vertically.

6.Mold temperature controlis displayed on the touchscreen,which shows parameters and abnormal report information. 

7.Waxinjection pressure features three stages to address productsinking issues,with three high-pressure injection capabilities.

8.a.Theleft dual wax barrel has a large capacity of 200L(with separate control for high and low temperature zones).

    b.The right dual wax barrelalso has a large capacity of 200L(with separate control for high and low temperature zones). 

    c.The high-temperature barrel is round,set at a temperature of 70~75℃ .

    d.The low-temperature barrel is square,set at 65-67℃,primarily for low-temperature resting. 

9.The mold lifting stroke is controlled by an electronic scae.

10.a.Each station comes with eight sets of pneumatic core extraction devices,compatible with φ8air hoses.

     b.Action time and sequence for each core extraction can be set on the touchscreen.

     c.Core extraction has two modes:time mode and proximity switch mode.

11.The injection machine buttons are located beneath the workbench and require dual-hand control. 

12.The oil circuit of the wax injection machine is servo-controlled.

13.The wax barrel is equipped with an over-temperature trip switch for fire prevention.

14.The upper and lower molds are cooled by circulating ice water,with temperature set anddisplayed in real-time via an electromagnetic valve.

15.The equipment has an independent MESinterface and data transmission capability,with all data and permissions open and reserved ports

16.The mold lifting stroke is controlled by an electronic scale.

17.Mold temperature controlis adjustable between 10~30℃,and hydraulic oil temperature controlis adjustable between 35~40℃ .
